We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail for shipping, unless your item is extremely heavy (weight will be noted by item) or otherwise requested by you. The rates are as follows: 0-1 pound $4.85 1.1 - 2 pounds $8.25 2.1 - 3 ponds $11.50 3.1 - 4 pounds $14.25 4.1 - 5 pounds $16.80 5.1 - 6 pounds $17.65 These rates are straight from USPS for zone eight. If you have a combination of items or would like a quote on shipping please contact us and we will estimate your shipping for you.

We accept major credit cards through our shopping cart using PayPal (YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT). Be assured that your transaction and personal information is safeguarded using standard industry Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 3.0 or higher technology that will encrypt your information so that no one can read it while your purchase is taking place over the internet. Your personal information is not provided, shared nor sold to any other parties.
Returns and Repairs
If for any reason you are unhappy with your item we will exchange it within the first two weeks of purchase (non-custom orders only). Postage cannot be refunded. Repairs, apply to jewelry items only, can be made within the first 30 days of purchase. This does not cover mistreated items, soft/malleable items (ie. leather, silk, etc.), natural stone variations, etc. If a repair is needed and it is out of the warranty period please contact us for a quote on repairs.

Most all of our products are handcrafted making each one different. We do our best to ensure excellent workmanship with a precision detail and use only high quality material. No machinery is used to personalize items, cut material, or paint that is why everything has a rustic, uncommon and unique feel to them. Every effort is made to capture this look through our photos.
